I am the founder/managing director of PJ Group AB and have over 30 years worldwide experience as a trainer and coach in business communication, leadership and management development, career counseling and public speaking. My native language is English and I am fluent in Swedish and Norwegian.
My background from the international corporate and finance sector is extensive. I have also been General Manager for Norway, Denmark and Finland for a division within the Johnson Worldwide Associates group, where I developed a retail chain in the Nordic region.
Over the past 30 years I have founded and managed numerous successful businesses and headed projects for many high profile businesses and sports organisations. My background from the scuba diving industry is also extensive. I was one of the first two European Course Directors for PADI, the world's largest scuba diving organisation.
In 1993 I founded the IAHD, (International Association for Handicapped Divers), www.iahd.org where I developed and conducted numerous training programs and seminars for working with special needs divers. My trainings and work have been documented in publications and featured on Swedish, Danish and German prime-time news. Today the IAHD is the world leader in trainings for special needs divers and has its presence in over 170 countries worldwide.
I've also headed projects for the UNDP (United Nations Development Program) in China, India and Sri Lanka where I developed and implemented sustainable growth programs for the WTO (World Tourism Organisation).

Chairman of the Norwegian Diving School Federation, Communications Chairperson of the American Club of Sweden, Twice President of Täby Attunda Rotary Club, Senior Advisor to the PTA of the International English School Täby, Board Member of Företagarna Täby and Board Chairman of several housing associations.
