EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION & LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Target Group:

Managers, HR personnel, Group leaders and anyone that have staff reporting directly or indirectly to them. Your job role requires you to hold assessment talks with those that report to you.

Objectives:

• Conduct realistic appraisal, salary and bonus discussions
• Avoid common pitfalls when goal setting
• Implement the appropriate tools for goal setting and discussions
• Follow up in a very objective manner
